An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well respected and expanding IT Company as a Voice Engineer. The main focus of the role is to provide support to Cisco Communication Manager IP Telephony systems and associated third party applications. The Company offer great prospects for future career development, with the possibility to progress through sponsored accreditation's and training. 

• Provide telephone support of Cisco Communications Manager IP Telephony systems and associated third party applications to customers and partners, including voicemail, unified messaging, contact centre and voice recording. 
• Document and share processes and procedures with the team. 
• Build and maintain working relationships with customers. 
• Take full ownership of all issues, maintaining regular communication with the customer and management on progress. 
• Provide out of hours support on an on call rota basis. 
• Occasionally attend UK customer sites when remote support is not suitable or has been exhausted. 

The successful candidate will have experience of second line IP Telephony support and hold a CCNA qualification. You will have knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, Redbox recording, voice gateways and networking including routing protocols. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer facing skills, enjoy working as part of a team and have an interest in unified communication technologies. A valid driving licence and car are also essential for this role.
