The secure community holds a school, college, semi independent living and respite services, with a variety of accessible activities such as a sensory garden and a hydro pool. You will support children and young adults in 4 bedroom houses on site. Your role will include day to day support of the children`s routines, taking them to school, helping them with homework and providing emotional support and guidance, personal care, some education, activities etc...

Our client is looking for individuals with great personalities, who will make meaningful relationships with the children and who have a genuine desire to make a real positive difference in these young people`s lives.

This is a rewarding role and there is various shifts available including:

Flexible over 7 days for early shifts (7.30 - 3pm) and late shifts (3-10pm)

In return for all of your hard work you will be offered 28 days holiday, benefits, full training and with the potential , overtime and much more........

We will give you a minimum of 37.50 hours per week and you have the opportunity for overtime. You will also be paid weekly too!!!

All we require is that you have past experience working at a team leader level and a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
