As Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing specific projects consistent with company strategy, goals and commitments. Project Managers use defined project management processes, software, and documentation to maintain project deliverables and resources. There are TWO positions available, on a contract basis. One contract is through to Sept 2018, and the second contract is for 18 months.

What will I be doing? (but not limited to...)

* Managing project development and execution from initiation to closure according to defined company processes
* Working with project sponsors for the culmination of projects; outlining goals, budgets, timing, deliverables, project scope and required resources
* Completing work breakdown structure for the estimate of efforts needed for each task
* Preparing and providing a project schedule to all participants to identify the commencement of their tasks
* Drafting all necessary project documentation
* Communicating the expectations to project sponsors and team members
* Resolving issues and solves problems throughout the project cycle
* Determining the requirement for external contractors or consultants to accomplish the project plan, recruits and manages appropriate staffing, if required
* Tracking and reporting project milestones
* Providing status reports to project sponsors
* Leading, coaching and motivating members of project team to deliver project requirements
* Sharing best practice and expertise on a number of areas as identified by the Resource Manager
* Determining the outputs of project and completes post-project evaluations (as part of project closure) to determine the results
* Developing tools and applies best practice for execution and project management
* Identifying records and disseminating learning points from the project record
* Ensuring accurate filing of project documents during and after project completion
* Inputting into Executive, Board and Monthly update reports for all relevant programme areas
* Carrying out project based communication and engagement activities as necessary (including presentations, facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement meetings and training sessions)
* Manage key stakeholder relationships to support effective delivery

* Knowledge/experience of project management tools and software packages
* Evidence of operational experience in fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Operational, technical marketing and management skills
* Demonstrable good communication skills
* Evidence of leading projects and excellent problem-solving ability
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to successfully deliver projects
* Educated to degree level in a related field or have equivalent experience
* Evidence of delivering successful projects of different sizes and complexity
