Looking for some summer work? If you are we are looking for enthusiastic team players to serve customers and perform kitchen duties in a busy modern Fish and Chip shop. This could suit students back for the summer as it will be between 30 to 40 hours a week and last until September/October. We will even pay your accrued holiday as a lump sum when you finish if that is what you would prefer.

You would be performing tasks such as using the till, serving customers, preparing fish/potatoes and cleaning areas in a busy modern kitchen and restaurant.

Youe would be working for a highly-respected family business who value reliable staff. If you are reliable and well suited to the role, there is potential for long-term employment if you are interested in staying on.

Shifts would run across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, usually working 5 days from 7 the starting rate is £7.50.

Catering / Till / Kitchen / Cleaning Staff duties:

* Working on the till taking orders and serving customers.
* Preparing the fish and potatoes ready to go into the fryers.
* Assisting in the kitchen with general tasks.
* Learning to use the fryer correctly to cook the food.
* Cleaning areas as needed to ensure high standards of hygiene.

The ideal Catering / Till / Kitchen / Cleaning Staff:

* Very reliable with a flexible approach to work.
* Great team player who can fit in well with other staff.
* Experience of this type of work although full training will be given.
* Calm mentality to be able to handle busy periods.

In return, you will receive comprehensive training for the role, and a starting wage of £7.50 per hour, this can rise as you become more skilled in your role. You will accrue holiday for the time you work and can choose to take this as a lump sum at the end of the season.
