To manage the end to end pre-examinations processes relating to the Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that processes are followed and deadlines are met to ensure excellent delivery of all company exams.

The role holder will also support the Client Delivery team with integrated processes and exam-related tasks.

• Liaising with candidates and potential candidates on all matters relating to the Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction
• Administration of candidate registrations, CRM Dynamics, allocating candidates to exams
• Responding to candidate queries relating to exam delivery
• Preparing and sending standard notifications to candidates
• Liaising with suppliers regarding the provision of remote invigilation and production of awards
• Management of invoicing and payments for examinations
• Managing bespoke service arrangements with partner franchises and corporate clients
• Maintaining candidate results records
• Supporting Exams Team with release of exam results
• Reporting exam statistics to internal stakeholders
