Job Type:
£18,000-23,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week covering a rota between the hours of 8am-8pm (Mon-Fri) and 9am-5.30pm (Sat & Sun)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Services Team Leader to join a rapidly expanding company on a permanent basis in Worcester. This organisation has gone from strength to strength in the last year or so and continue to push the boundaries of innovation.

Your new role
Working alongside their current Team Leaders, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Advisors in a fast-paced contact centre environment. Your key duties will include but are not limited to; developing and motivating your team to hit targets, dealing with compliance issues, driving delivery of exceptional customer service and first time resolution, providing regular coaching and training, conducting monthly performance reviews and managing team attendance.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be confident, self-motivated and possess exceptional communication skills. As well as being extremely customer focused, you will have previous experience of successfully leading and managing a team of customer service individuals.
