PREMIER PATHWAYS is a school based teacher training scheme where you will achieve a full PGCE and be offered a permanent Physics Teacher role upon completion of the course. You must be a Physics Graduate who has achieved a 2:2 at least in your degree.

As the chosen Physics Graduate all your training will be cost free and you will be paid £15,000 per annum over the duration of the 2 yr course.

Although previous experience working with children is desirable this training programme does not require previous school experience unlike most other teacher training schemes. You simply need a passion for teaching and education as well as being a Physics Graduate with C or above in English and Maths GCSE.
