Internal Sales Executive

£25,000 per annum (OTE 30-35K)

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Development:

* Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the field based sales team via telephone, email and other direct methods.
* Qualify all sales leads, allocate for face-to-face appointments for outbound sales team.
* Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI's.
* Accurately log and record communications via CRM system.
* Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognisant of each marketing initiative, client vertical and work towards the company objectives.

Experience/Knowledge and Skills:

* Ability to comprehend product and service offering and to communicate our value proposition to prospective leads.
* Interact effectively with all levels of management, staff, internally and externally.
* Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation and appointment setting.
* Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and self-motivated.
* Strong desktop research skills.
* Highly organised and attentive to detail.
* Self-starting with solid flow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.
* Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong listening skills
