Bond Recruitment is currently recruiting for a INTERNAL SALES CONSULTANT - We are currently looking for two enthusiastic Internal Sales Executives to join our friendly head office team in Portsmouth.
As an Internal Sales Executive you will be responsible for engaging new and existing customers by making outbound calls, promoting our extensive portfolio of products and services, and make appointments for our Field Sales Consultants. As a Sales Executive you will have monthly sales targets to meet which will attract commission, whilst assisting local businesses to grow and adopt new technologies.

The company: is a large telecoms company that sells bespoke telecoms solutions, where you are treated as a person rather then a number !
The role and responsibilities:

º Generate a targeted number of leads and appointments each week.

º Landscape and prospect our customer data base
º Manage customer relationships and maintain contact with key decision makers
º Generate pipeline and sales
º Contract negotiations with customers
º Reporting and updating of sales planning as required

Additional Information
?16,000 - ?20,000 pa plus benefits that include a holiday entitlement, training and uncapped commission
Personal specification:
To be considered for an Internal Sales Executive role, our ideal candidate will have the following experience:

º Successful track record in sales

º Good understanding of business to business market
º Ability to relate and get on easily with people at all levels

You will also have the following knowledge and skills:

º Ambitious self-starter, driven to succeed

º Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
º Great telephony skills
º Exceptional sales ability
º Good negotiator with ability to successfully deal with objections and close
º Professional standard of presentation at all times
