Salary £18,000 plus a yearly bonus
We are currently recruiting for an independent mortgage company who are rapidly building a reputation as one of the most efficient providers within the UK.
The company offer a beautiful and well run office based in Sheffield city centre, a friendly working atmosphere with excellent staff relationships.
The new vacancy will be based in the advice team.
This team is the first point of contact for customers enquiring about mortgages. It will be your role to pre screen new enquiries, discussing financial factors and conduct an affordability assessment before booking an appointment with a Mortgage Advisor.
Main duties-
*Be the first point of personal contact for the customer
* Talk to new enquiries to clarify and qualify their financial status, to gather essential information and to establish their needs
*Conduct affordability checks
*Liaise with customers to help build a relationship between the company and the customer

Applicants for this post will have-
*Proven experience in the mortgage, banking or housing sector
*Proven experience in sales or customer service
*Relevant computer skills
*A confident, friendly and down to earth telephone manner to try and help customers
*The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment

The salary for this post is £18,000 plus bonus which should realistically be around £2100 per annum
City centre based
Holidays- 21 days plus bank holidays
Working hours- 9- 5.30- Monday to Friday
