Our well established client based in Bracknell are seeking an Office Administrator due to rapid expansion.

They are looking for a BRIGHT and ENTHUSIASTIC candidate who has the ability to work as a team and pick things up quickly.

This is a fast paced environment so the successful applicant must be able to work under pressure and of their own accord. Various other Administration duties will be required as the role develops and there is further scope for progression within the department.

NO OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED however a minimum of a grace C in Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent essential.

Key duties for the Office Administrator:
· Loading data on the CRM
· Raising documentation to send to customers
· Answering telephone calls
· Managing the supplier files
· Obtaining verbal trade references
· Obtaining figures
· Opening the post
· Scanning documents onto the CRM system
· General admin duties

Our client is offering up to £18,000 basic with 20 days holiday, pension, private health care and benefit from free parking on site.
