RMS - Resource Management Solutions are currently recruiting Cleaners on behalf of our clients based in the North East. These are Temporary positions, however they has no end dates and may turn long term.

Having proudly worked in partnership with this client for over a number of years, RMS are experienced in enhancing their ability to recruit the very best talent, putting solid foundations in place which underpin the further development of their business.

Contracted to approximately 20 hours per week, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to start a career with a Local authority.

Day to Day duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc.)
* Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
* Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as required

To be considered this position you must be educated or have experience in the following areas:

* Proven working experience as a cleaner
* Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
* Familiarity COSHH and Health & Safety regulations
