This role is working with Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Services, Kempston Bedford.

In this role you will be responsible in providing administrative and clerical support for the service training manager.

Your new role will consist of, but not limited to the following;

* To provide day to day administrative support to the Service Training Manager.

* To maintain manual and electronic records as required.

* To maintain a filing system for all records as necessary for the function.

* To maintain confidentiality and security of personal information in line with the Data Protection Act.

* On behalf of the STM undertake the preparation of letters and reports using service IT systems and Software as necessary.

* To deal with enquiries arising from Service personnel and external providers and disseminate as appropriate.

Strong administrative skills will be essential, including prioritization and time management. You must have with the ability to work on your own and within the team, as well as undertaking adhoc tasks as specified by managers. A high standard of computer skills and customer service is paramount.
