Aspect Resources is working with a highly successful VAR, over the last 5 years our client has grown to become one of the most recognizable names within its industry. We are proud to be supporting this client, due to growth we are looking for a Presales Manager to take over responsibility for managing an experienced team of Pre-Sales resource.  

The team’s purpose is to act as the technical single point of contact from customer requirement, through design, installation and to the point of order.  The team may be directly customer facing or work with Sales and Services to identify a customer requirements.  The Presales Manager will then act as an interface between our customers, Sales and the rest of the organization.

The role will be responsible for management and development of a customer facing team operating across all tiers, ensuring they are appropriately skilled and engaged to support the delivery of Sales targets and FY Sales Plan.
Ownership of post sales signoff and interlock to ensure delivery of solutions are as per the designs created by the team.
Lead stakeholder engagement with the wider business to ensure that we are delivering solutions in line with wider strategies.
Ensuring continuous process improvements, leading on innovation to ensure appropriate tools are developed to continuously streamline processes.
Support efficient collaboration between Sales, Services, Transition and the wider business team. Continuously review, adapt and evolve the team to ensure it is operating as efficiently as possible.
Ensure the team are leading on vendor/partner selection and strategy for any solution.

The presales Manager, should demonstrate leadership passionately to empower and promote collaboration across multiple teams within the business. Due to the nature of the business, the Presales manager should have technical knowledge and experience with networking technologies in the IT, telecoms or SI industry, and experience in responding to complex, high value bids based on applicable technologies and solutions is essential.
