I am eager to talk to marketing graduates with some industry experience looking to take their next step. My client; a busy, exciting agency in central Chelmsford are looking for a capable, hard working professional to take up the role of Account Executive.

The role as Account Executive will report into one of our Account Managers and will work closely with other Executives and team members to deliver media plans and reports. By working with your team you will live up to company values by being honest, innovative and adventurous and will listen to our clients and the industry to make informed media planning and buying decisions.

The Account Executive will support the overall team on the delivery of reports and insights as well as picking up all team admin. This includes booking media, reporting, building presentations, and invoicing. You will work on a number of projects that will allow you to grow an understanding of the media world and develop relationships with media owners.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Executive eager to get their teeth into media planning and buying for a household name in the retail world.

Above all we are looking for a positive, 'can do' attitude that pushes the team and the client to work in a way that breaks the mould and challenges what's been done before.

The role:
* Implementing agreed client strategy - understand the business and strategic objectives of each client's business (and wider industry) and circulate information and insight you find about your client, the industry or their competitors.
* Develop relationships with media owners - always be on the lookout for new opportunities and work these up into proposals that the business can take to the client.
* Reporting and analysis - run reports across a wide variety of requests, review this data and provide feedback on how this affects the client and recommendations on what we can do to move forward.
* Support the team - The team is a busy and fast-paced environment, processing a lot of data and information. The Account Executive should provide support for the entire team and offer assistance as, when and however necessary.
* Account Admin - This includes working with our accounts department to invoice for work, create profit and client schedules and ensure all admin is complete. This may also mean chasing partner agencies for assets.

Help the company grow by:
* assist with providing input and help deliver documents and presentations for new business delivery.
* Work with any assistant or juniors that have input into your team, pass on knowledge and guide them through systems and tools.
* Monitor and review processes - Continue to question 'why' we are doing things a certain way, strive to improve and progress operations, process and documentation.
* Be welcoming, friendly and professional to suppliers and help deliver Media Owner meetings to share information.
