A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, modern manufacturing company in Ipswich.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Sales and purchase order processing
* Preparing quotations
* Liaising with the warehouse and haulage contractors to organise deliveries
* Liaise with suppliers
* Monitor stock levels
* Schedule and organise deliveries
* General administration support

Skills & experience required:

* Strong Administrative experience
* Experience on order processing
* Previous knowledge of logistics/ transport co-ordination
* Advanced level of Computer literacy - Word, Excel, Access

Location: Ipswich

Salary: £19,500 per annum

Hours: 9am - 5pm
