Waking Night Support Worker needed for a mental health residential home based in St Annes.
Salary £15500

The Service;

The home is a 24-hour nursed care service that provides rehabilitative support for individuals aged 18 and over with enduring mental health problems.

The Job;

You will support clients to develop emotional management and personal life skills to achieve greater independence and self-worth. You will support the service users to develop coping mechanisms and tools to better manage their mental health.

The Person;

* You will have a minimum of 6 months experience within a similar setting
* You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of mental health
* You will be flexible to work on a rota basis shift pattern, working nights
