CQC have rated us Good recently, our service users demand the best quality of care possible and our Field Care Supervisors are determined to lead our team of field based carers on their journey to meet client demands. This is your job if you want to join this team of high calibre individuals!

Our wonderful spacious offices are based in North London and come completed with an on-site training academy where we support our staff to further their development through ongoing trainings. As one of our field care supervisors, we recorgnise that you are key to the successful running of our service and together with your field based team, you will be the go-to people for advice and assistance.

Using your knowledge and experience in homecare, you will lead our care team out in the field by offering them advice, support, and guidance. You will also be conducting supervisions of the care team and will be able to identify any further trainings or support they may need and make the required provisions to provide this. You will visit existing and new clients to carry out risk assessments and making sure the care plan in place for each person is accurate, relevant and being followed by staff. We are flexible with your approach to this work and as such, you will have quite a lot of say over how your day is organised. As long as you do your required hours each day, you have the flexibility to arrange them as need be.

With previous supervisory experience as well as field based experience and an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, you are the exact type of person we need. As the role is field based, you will also need to have a Full UK Drivers Licence and you will have access to the company car to take with you on client visits and supervisions. Within your previous experience, you should have demonstratable knowledge of how to run risk assessments, write plans and conduct staff supervisions.

To go with these requirements, you also need to be someone who is naturally caring, friendly and someone who is able to support team members.
