Office Angels are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Administrator. This is a Full-Time role, located in Edinburgh. Office hours are Monday -Friday, 09:00AM-17:00PM. Salary £18,000 - 19,000 per annum depending on experience.

Job Description:

This successful candidate seek a naturally motivated individual to join the Administration Team. As part of the small administration team you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure the provision of an efficient and quality administrative service to the customers. This is very much a hands-on position and requires someone who can use their initiative and is a self starter.

General Responsibilities & Duties:

* Preparation of price quotations for the purchase/rental of software and the provision of software and the provision of training.
* Preparation of more complex tender/bid documentation.
* Issuing of licence agreements and addenda.
* Distribution of product and associated shipping documentation.
* Assisting clients with download and security device problems.
* Providing ad hoc assistance and support to clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the Company.
* Answer incoming calls in polite manner, assess and transfer as appropriate.
* Meet, greet and register visitors to office.
* Receive all post and deliveries to the office.
* Register, scan and distribute incoming mail.
* Process outgoing mail & courier dispatches.
* Arranging engineer's visas, travel and accommodation for training courses in client's offices.
* Liaising with engineers to ensure passports are up to date.
* Liaising with accounts re foreign currency and expense claims.

Experience, Skills, Attributes Required:

* University/College degree (will need to see evidence of this).
* Good Highers in both Maths and English (will need to see evidence of this).
* A good knowledge of both Excel & Word.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* A willingness to help clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company.
* An enquiring mind.
