We are currently recruiting for a Part time Business development executive for our client based in Kettering.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen due to business growth with an established charity based apprenticeship training provider. Your brief will be to arrange appointments for directors to visit SME A-Z clients, specifically targeting MD, Senior Management & Training & HR Professionals. You will be tactical, organised, diligent and have a passion for development of new generations moving into an engineering working environment.

The candidate is required to maintain, develop, and create new business opportunities, providing sales reports and working as part of the team to ensure targets are achieved.

Main duties will include:
" Presenting, promoting and selling the services of the company using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
" Performing cost/benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
" Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
" Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
" Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
" Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and
potential for new services.
" Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends.
" Support with and co-ordinate the effective distribution of marketing materials.
" Maintain and update the sales/marketing database.
" Contribute to the development of long and short- term marketing plans.
" Provide monthly reports for the Head of Business Development showing projected business against target.
" Research new areas for training within the region and support with rational.

The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a sales professional/appointment setter and be able to give examples of achieving sales targets. They will also have excellent knowledge of MS Office package as well as being highly motivated and target driven.
Good communication and negotiation skills will be required for this role as well as prioritizing workloads, time management and being able to build relationships with current and future clients.
Working days will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday however the client are very flexible with working hours. ( these will be discussed at interview stage.)
