Urgent Requirement for our client based in Muirhead which is located close to Kirkintilloch and Chryston.

Are you an experienced Helpdesk/Engineer Coordinator? Are you available for work with immediate effect?

Do you have the ability to organise geographical locations to ensure time management is effective for the engineers?

Can you travel to Muirhead?

This is a permanent role starting immediately. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.30pm-5pm. The successful candidate must have previous experience working within similar role dealing and coordinating engineers.

We have an exciting opportunity available to the market on an exclusive basis for a helpdesk co-coordinator. Our client is searching for someone to start immediately on a permanent basis.

The Role -

* Control of Engineers and overseeing the daily organisation of the engineers within your area.
* Ensuring your engineers are competent and qualified for the jobs you are sending them to.
* Identifying Health & Safety risks enabling engineers to work in a safe manner at all times.
* Escalating any problems engineers may have to the Technical Managers.
* Ensure travel times are kept to a minimum and time limits are given for each job.
* Monitoring KPIs and Service Level Agreements.
* Contacting sites to ensure that they have been arranged in advance with the appropriate manager and identifying any paperwork required prior to visits, for example Rams.
* Communicating with engineers at all times in order to closely monitor their progress.
* Keeping all engineers updated/aware of any changes/alterations where required. Maintain good terms with engineers.
* Monitoring paperwork and identifying any further works required in order to update the client at all times.

The candidate -

* Must have experience using a computer aided facilities management system, full training will be provided.
* Well organised and be able to work under pressure
* Team player who works effectively with team members and clients alike.
* Have good time management skills.
