Customer Service roles - July Start!

Location - St Ives - Cambridgeshire

Salary - £ 15,000 (Excellent bonus structure and earning potential)
* Salary will start on £15k, with review at 9 months to £16k then 18 months will be £17.5k
Service - £17k OTE

Hours: Shifts between Monday-Friday 08:30am -19:30pm
Alternative Saturday 08:30am -16:00pm.

You will provide excellent customer service and effective administration support for all external and internal customers through a variety of communication channel:
• Effectively manage customers enquires and queries through a variety of communication channels.
• Maximise retention targets through the provision of effective and efficient communication and negotiation skills.
• Adhere to Company processes
• Manage time effectively to meet required business targets
• Effectively communicate with customers
• Use all relevant information to maximise opportunities to cross sell and up sell insurance products.

Essential Skills:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Works on own initiative.

Desirable Skills:
• Experience of achieving targets and goals.
• Experience of working in a customer orientated/call centre environment.
