We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to work for an established, dynamic, financial services organisation based in Llandudno, North Wales on a temporary basis.

In the Accounts Administrator job you will be responsible for:

* Reconcile ordering, purchase orders and invoicing as well as maintaining the debtors and creditors
* Preparing reports and handling budgets
* Accurate data handling
* The smooth operation of the daily office function, handling telephone enquiries, speaking with new and existing clients, and handling all correspondence
* High levels of customer service

To be successful in the Accounts Administrator Job, Llandudno, North Wales you will need to have:

* Experience of using Sage finance systems
* Experience of general office administration, record keeping and data entry
* Experience of Management Accounts is desirable
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
* Good communication skills both written and verbal, with well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills
* The ability to work under pressure to tight timescale’s and be able to prioritise and organise tasks efficiently
* Well-developed literacy and numeracy skills
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, including the use of spreadsheets
* A qualification in Finance, for example AAT is desirable

This is a temporary role providing holiday cover from June 12th for 3 weeks working 9am – 5pm Mon - Fri, with a pay rate of £8.50 per hour plus holiday pay.
