Telesales Team Leader
Telesales team leader, managing a team of three people. Previous telesales experience is a pre requisite.
Have you worked in telesales previously, this role is managing leads and qualifying them to ensure that they are suitable to be passed on to the sales team who will make their own appointments.
Established since the 70's, my client near Heathrow is an international logistics organisation, who have 16,000 plus employees world wide.
They promote from within when they can and have a low staff churn as they value their employees and long term employment. They hire for attitude and train skills.
Previous and strong telephone sales background.
Excellent telephone communication skills and excellent rapport building skills.
Good work ethic and a team player.
Previous experience in managing or overseeing a small team of people.
Strong written and verbal English.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Takes pride is self and in work.
Team player who is self motivated.
Excellent communication skills internally as well as externally.
Basic salary 25-30k depending on experience
