DBA - Working alongside the Database Manager you will be entering all new leads onto the company database. Cross referencing with current data first. Making sure there are no more than 40 prospects in each caller’s call queue for the next day. Allocating NEW leads into each caller’s database on a careful selection basis. Supporting our networkers by driving useful information out of our database i.e. golden nuggets for agents and PM’s. This will also generate reports. Research calling when necessary. (Probably a future development of role) Ensuring that the database leads are well organized per caller and that each category within the database contains the correct types of lead. Categories are NEW, WARM, HOT, TRACK and FOLLOW UP. Ensuring that the amount of NEW leads, in the database, are kept to a minimum. (Under 10). Producing weekly reports that show database health, weekly attended appointments and other weekly KPI’s are being met. Experience with 'Act Software’ would be a bonus but not essential.
