Maths Trainee Teacher Specification

We are looking for a high calibre Maths graduate with a degree classification of a 2:1 or above and GCSE English and Maths at grade C or better. The school are looking for a graduate who is passionate about Maths and is confident working with mixed ability pupils. We are looking for a Maths Graduate who can provide pupils with real world examples of how Maths is used in the real world and can make learning fun, engaging and challenging.

About the Maths Trainee Teacher Role

As a Trainee Maths Teacher, you will be supporting students up to GCSE Level so a good understanding of the Key Stage 4 curriculum is desired. In this Maths department, they strive to achieve the best for each student and your role will include promoting the highest standards of learning and behaviour at all times. Training will be provided from day one and you will receive ample opportunities to develop your skillset and pedagogical knowledge through tailored professional development.
