This organisation pride themselves on being an established leader in their field, with an impressive customer base across the UK and Europe. Due to an internal promotion they are looking for a Customer Service Manager to efficiently manage the smooth running of the Customer Service Function.

As the Customer Service Manager you will ensure that projects are delivered in a cost effective and timely manner. You will be responsible for preparing monthly management reports, attending client meetings and collaborating with the Management Team to achieve business objectives. As well as this, you will be the point of escalation for queries and complaints and will be expected to provide support, training and guidance to the customer service team.

Experience in a similar role is essential for this position. You will have proven people management experience, along with the ability to work under pressure whilst always motivating team members. You will have strong commercial acumen with a desire to deliver excellent levels of customer service.
