Our client seeks an enthusiastic individual to join their internal sales team on a 12 month Contract starting in July.

The role

We have an exciting opportunity within our Swindon office for driven and motivated sales professional for a 12 months maternity cover. Covering the UK & Ireland regions the role will be focused on maximising revenue by supporting the development and growth of the business within large Contact Centre. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Account Coordination:

* Working as part of our Inside Sales team to find opportunities in our known and prospect Large End User base;
* Ensure regular communication with designated and self-found contacts within allocated database;
* Outbound calling to offer on-going support and account management.
Account Development and New Business:
* Account manage named Large End User accounts and offer account management support to selected field managed accounts;
* Identify opportunities to grow business via telephone contact and new product trial;
* Re-establish and grow relationships;
* Log all activities on (url removed) (CRM database).

Information and Communication:
* Provide up-to-date information to managed accounts in the territory both through the regular conversations, email communications and where required product trials;
* Collaborate with the rest of the UK&I sales team to share best practice and drive additional sales pipeline. Plus ensure prompt update of the (url removed) database and involvement in sales meetings with internal team members.
Sales Development:
* Participate as a member of the UK Sales Team on all aspects of current work and work planned for the future.
Inside Sales specific responsibilities
* Select Account Management for designated contacts and sites;
* Where appropriate provide back office support and contact relationship to designated accounts;
* Outbound telesales to ensure regular and thorough communications to designated accounts;
* Target driven, will be measured on managing own database, accounts and sales pipeline;
* Manage daily reporting of team performance against KPIs, conversations, appointments set etc.

You will be a competent individual with integrity and accountability. You will be highly motivated, competitive, self-confident, self-motivated and attracted to challenging opportunities within a rapidly growing environment.

We are not necessarily looking for somebody with an Inside Sales Background but a great 'can-do' attitude and the motivation to succeed is a must have! It is important that you are a team player and you are comfortable working within a flat/matrix structured organisation and able to:
* Communicate effectively telephonically and well in writing;
* Build effective relationships with both internal and external colleagues and external customers;
* Quickly get up to speed with products, systems and software packages
* Be flexible and able to manage time and workload effectively;
* Be confident and able to quickly become a product champion and able to share this product knowledge with customers and internal team members;
* A successful tele-sales track record;
* Similar experience in a previous role;
* Demonstrate an understanding of how relationship building creates business opportunities and drives sales.
