Vector Recruitment has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and accomplished PR Manager to join an innovative high technology company in Cambridge. We are looking for a collaborative Press and Public Relations Manager who will be responsible for further raising the company profile with a global audience, at corporate and campaign level.

This world renowned Technology Innovation organisation has experienced many years of continuous growth, and is now looking to drive that success even further. A key part of this further growth strategy will be an ongoing highly professional publicity campaign.

The Marketing Team is responsible for communicating the image of the organisation and its skill base to all external audiences within the UK and internationally. The PR Manager will focus particularly on press relations and targeted press releases. As a specialist in this area, it is important to strike a balance with technically credible publicity that will attract only the right customers, by matching their ambition.

Based in a state-of-the-art facility on the outskirts of Cambridge, the PR Manager would be rewarded with an excellent salary plus a range of company benefits including bonus, free lunch, flexible working, pensions, healthcare and more.

Specific responsibilities of the PR Manager would include:

* Development and delivery of external communications plan
* Writing copy for press releases, websites, blogs, company brochures etc
* Collaboration with PR teams in USA and Asia
* Creating relationships with key journalists and media organisations
* Working with the company Board to create new directions for marketing

* Experience of marketing high value services to other business - B2B
* A background in PR management that includes an existing network of relevant journalists
