Sheridan Maine are currently working on behalf of an Automotive company based in Bournemouth who are looking to recruit a Group Payroll Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Operations Director and Group Finance Director you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of 2 - 1 Payroll Administrator and 1 Payroll Advisor.
- Responsibility of Pension scheme payments.
- Dealing with employee queries.
- Full Payroll responsibility with the assistance of the Payroll Administrator and Payroll Advisor.
- Working closely with the HR Team.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Excel knowledge at an Advanced level.
- Understanding of Tax and National Insurance with ability to perform manual calculations.
- Payroll qualification is preferred.
- Strong People Management skills.
