This international company is headquartered in the UK and has a stellar reputation within their industry. They have been growing steadily year on year, and now require a technical manager with knowledge of the printer/copier industry to help continue to push the company's growth forward, and maintain their high customer service standards.

In this autonomous role you will be the key cog in making sure that customer complaints are dealt with in an efficient manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating training based around new company products, as well as building relationships and maintaining a meticulous customer relationship record.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of digital printers/copiers - although specific equipment training will be provided.
