Customer Service Agent - Travel Insurance
£15,000 - £17,000

Wild are looking for motivated and ambitious people to work within a busy travel insurance sales department. This is a very exciting time to join the business due to constant expansion and growth. This role offers excellent progression opportunities, generous company benefits and free parking!

Responsibilities will include:

* Answering inbound calls, including telephone quotations and sales support.
* Making outbound calls (returning voicemails / customer care calls, no cold calling.)
* Submitting online travel quotations (data entry.)
* Responding to incoming emails from customers
* Maintaining client databases.
* General office administration / duties.

The ideal candidate will be confident and articulate with an excellent telephone manner. They will also be able to demonstrate excellent customer service experience, preferably over the phone. Full training will be provided for this role.

Permanent contract based on a rolling 6 day on 3 day off working pattern, hours are Monday to Friday 11.30am to 8.00pm with a 60 min break and weekend hours are 9am to 5.30pm with a 60min break.

Please note - These hours are likely to change to a 3 day on 3 day off rolling rota, working 8am to 8pm (2 x 15min & 1 x 60min breaks) on weekdays and 9am to 5.30pm on weekends (60min break)
