Operations Manager - Transmission
Location: Texas
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 + Additional Benefits

The Client:
Mackenzie Stuart is currently working for an industry-leading contractor in the US. The company offer offering Pipeline Construction, Transmission, Distribution & Substation Construction. They are looking to appoint an Operations Manager to work within their Transmission & Distribution division.

The Role:
* Responsible for a multidisciplinary team and the delivery of a variety of Power Transmission projects across the region.
* Report to key parts of the business.
* Liaison with the client to make sure all key deliverables are outlined and executed to the highest quality.
* Ensuring all activities, health and safety and each phase of the projects are managed to the highest standard.
* Working alongside the commercial team, you will develop financial controls, detailing profit and loss and detailed cost, completing reports for each project.

Key Experience:
* Qualified to a minimum of degree level in a related process and or engineering qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in building transmission lines, ideally with experience working lines up to 345KV.
* Site management/operations experience, along with knowledge of accreditation processes.
* Exceptional leadership skills and understanding of back office practice are required.
