Full Time
An international real-estate advisory company has a requirement for an APC-studying Building Surveyor to join its established team in Manchester’s city centre.
This business has grown rapidly across the Manchester market over the last few years, mostly by priding itself on delivering a comprehensive service offering to its clients. The firm works with a range of clients across both the private and public sectors, and has built long-standing relationships, which you will be helping to develop and nurture further.
My client can offer the right building surveyor a fully supportive training program to help them achieve MRICS status, including a dedicated mentor, APC seminars/workshops, and two weeks’ study leave prior to the final assessment.
The role
You will undertake all manner of building surveying services, including contract administration and project management, party-wall matters, and pre-planned maintenance schedules. There will also be acquisition surveys, feasibility studies, technical due-diligence, schedules of condition, dilapidations for both landlords and tenants, and building defect diagnosis. These will be on behalf of major clients, such as real-estate investment firms and multi-asset commercial businesses.
In order to succeed within this role, you will need to have experience of working in a varied building surveying position and be undertaking your APC diary.
In return for your efforts, you can expect to obtain a competitive salary and benefits package, while having access to development and training schemes, and the opportunity to progress your surveying career with a market-leading consultancy.
Therefore, contact me straightaway to hear more or to apply. For more building surveyor jobs in Manchester, talk to Kingsley today.
