Our client, a leading company working within the water treatment and clean water sector, currently require a Field Service Engineer / Maintenance Technician / Service Technician to join their team. You'll be responsible for carrying out maintenance activities on customer sites within the Leicester area.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for travelling to customer sites within your region and carrying out servicing, planned maintenance and reactive repair on water treatment systems and equipment. You'll also be required to liaise closely with customers, providing them with high quality customer service and technical support.

In order to be consider for this position, you'll need proven experience in a similar Service Technician role with a relevant engineering qualification (apprenticeship / HNC / HND / NVQ etc.). Experience working on relevant equipment will also be an advantage such as water treatment plant, pumps, reverse osmosis plant, wastewater and sewage plant, fresh water systems etc.

As this is a field service role, you will also need to hold a full UK driving licence and be able to work as part of a call out rota in order to effectively attend breakdowns.

They're offering a competitive salary of up to £26,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including a company vehicle, fuel card, life assurance, 25 days holiday and a pension scheme.
