Outstanding leadership opportunity
Education Futures are proud to be looking for an exceptional leader who can develop the new multi-academy trust for Dudley. The Trust will bring together Castle High School, Hillcrest School and Community College, Holly Hall Academy and High Arcal School under the sponsorship of Dudley College of Technology.
With ambitious plans to develop the curriculum to provide outstanding technical education and improve the educational outcomes for all learners, Education Futures are looking for someone with a proven track record in transformational leadership.
The Trust, when combined with the sponsor, Dudley College, will annually support 8,500 young people aged 11 to 19 years old with a total operating income in excess of £60 million. The current staffing base consists of almost 1,100 staff, 300 teaching and support staff across the partner schools and some 800 teaching, assessing and support staff at Dudley College. As Chief Executive Officer you will need to be able to shape the vision of staff across the Trust whilst working closely with the Trusts Board made up of leading figures from business and education. But the Trust doesnt want to stop there, as they are also planning for the future transformation of the schools estate and as Chief Executive Officer you will need to secure inward investment to make this a reality.
