Kingston Noble are currently working with a fast moving digital marketing and web agency based in the rural town of Bromsgrove, just south of Birmingham.

An exciting opportunity had arisen for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join the team. You will manage digital projects ensuring they are delivered to on time meeting deadlines. You will also manage day to day a team of designers and developers working alongside the onsite marketing team when required. You will need outstanding people and communication skills to enable you to maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.

• Manage and support the team with digital tasks & projects.
• Responsible for the scheduling of the team's time in line with deadlines.
• Champion digital projects and manage all aspects of delivery including client liaison, and internal team operations.
• Managing project budgets and client’s expectations
• Organise and manage regular updates with client and teams.
• Liaise with team members to ensure projects are on track and manage future team resource
• Develop, instigate and execute methods of project management best practice to improve efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
• Attend briefings and pitches to help transfer of project ownership from sales to production
• Assist with digital testing of projects and proof reading of proposals.


• Driver to enable client site visits  
• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows and/or Apple iOS
• Good knowledge of word processing software such as Word, Dropbox Paper and Google Drive
• Good knowledge of a project management and task management tool such as Trello, Float and Harvest
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Be able to communicate efficiently with our team and clients
• Outstanding people and team management skills.
