Job Overview: Our client has retained our services to assist them in appointing an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join their manufacturing facility.

As Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical repair, servicing and maintenance of production/ manufacturing machinery which includes hydraulics, pneumatic s and PLC fault finding. You will also be responsible for leading a team of shift maintenance technicians, implementing planned maintenance schedule and undertaking project management for planned maintenance work.

• Active participation in production meetings
• Responsibility of sub-contractors
• Implement Planned maintenance schedule
• Project management for planned maintenance work
• Interdepartmental communications
• Lead a team of shift maintenance technicians
• Liaise with production supervisors
• Delegate duties and prioritise workload
• Contribute to introduction of new facilities
• Participate in cost reduction activities.
• Participate in improvement activities.
• Compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
• Participate in general house-keeping duties.
• Any other reasonable duties.
