£20,040 - £24160 plus 10% sector uplift due to some anti-social hours that you may be required to work. One stage process and looking to interview asap.

Our client are one of the largest providers in the UK. Since 2002 they have grown to become a leading provider of services that make a positive, lasting difference to people's lives and are looking for a passionate Health and Social Care Assessor to compliment their North East team

With a passion for working with others and supporting learners towards maximising their full potential, you will take responsibility for managing a caseload learners, creating a bespoke and meaningful lesson plan and schedule of learning to support and motivate learners towards achieving qualifications, stretching their learning, increasing their knowledge and capabilities and supporting them while they evolve intellectually and professionally.

The role will require you to train, assess, motivate and support learners on programmes towards achieving their qualifications including Apprenticeships and NVQs. You will be able to maximise the use of the e-learning and using a variety of of ways to evidence your learners knowledge.

Utilise the use of learners lesson plan to records and endorse the journey the learner has undergone towards achieving their qualification. This along with all other documentation should be completed accurately and timely to support the overall business objective and also to ensure all materials are available on request for audit purposes.
Assessing and delivery of WBL qualifications
Skills in delivering e-portfolio learning
Time management
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task a range of responsibilities
IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
