Our client is a highly reputable and well established company based in Thame. They are a technology orientated company who specialise in expert advice services, to maximise customer experience and business productivity. Due to stable growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join the team. This position would suit an ambitious individual who is looking to develop their career within the technology sector.

Key Purpose of the Role:

* Work closely with the sales team in order to deliver towards the business plan, achieving sales plan revenue and net profit.
* Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team.

Main duties:

* Carry out the daily processing activities including; liaising with customers at all levels, communicating with internal teams, supporting key accounts, deliver against targets, maintain accurate customer records.
* Carry out all necessary administrative support such as; the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, input all data and resolve all admin queries.
* Understand and apply the appropriate processes, policies and standards within the company management systems, effectively deal with complaints, maintain accurate data records and follow H&S and HR policies.

Required skills:

* Previous admin experience in B2B Sales/Marketing role
* Computer literate to advanced level.
* Experience in using SAP would be beneficial but not essential.
* Educated to A level standard (business degree is desirable).
