My client is looking to add a Service Desk Analyst to the team based in Warwick within the ICT Section of the Resource directorate. You will be part of the team that provide user support for the County's ICT Infrastructure and approximately 4,500 corporate users and approximately 260 schools within the local area.

Core Technologies include
- Active Directory
- Win 7 and XP
- McAfee Encryption
- Google Mail and Apps
- Supportworks

You will be part of the first point of contact for users via the main Service Desk telephone and able to achieve a high number of fixes at the first touch.

You will have excellent communication and organisation skills as you will be logging calls and issues, resolutions and escalations in the system.

This role is in Public Sector and falls within the IR35 regulations.
