As part of the test team you will work with both the commercial and technical sides of the business to help some of the largest brands understand their customer's on the world's most recognised feedback platform.

You will work with the technical and business teams to introduce preventative measures to stop defects before they are introduced. Working in an environment that understands mistakes happen as a natural result of being Agile, you will have strong exploratory skills which will be utilized to catch issues as the software is developed.

You will be given the opportunity to innovate and experiment with new tools and techniques, participating in hackathons and leading the company to be on the bleeding edge of testing.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A strong knowledge and commercial experience of Agile development practices
* A minimum of 2+ years commercial testing experience
* Experience helping to build an automation framework
* In depth 'full stack' knowledge of web technologies and their weaknesses

Required skills:

* Ability to report on and monitor software quality
* Ability to start testing as early as planning and prioritisation meetings
* Ability to break down complex software quickly, for rapid learning and testing
* Excellent ability to question everything, and remain sceptical when others are confident
* An understanding of when to automate a test, and when not to
* Preferably some programming experience

This role is paying between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits.
