Are you a designer striving to ensure everything you create is pixel perfect?

Kingston Noble are currently working with a fast-moving digital marketing and web agency based in the rural town of Bromsgrove, just south of Birmingham.

An exciting opportunity had arisen for an enthusiastic and meticulous designer to create and evolve our client’s digital assets. You will not only be able to design razor sharp layouts and guidelines, but understand our client’s business needs to solve / pitch solutions.  Discovery and research is as much part of the process as drawing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to integrate into an ever-growing team. Honing your skills and working on exciting projects across many business sectors. 

Responsibilities


Working alongside the project manager and developers to deliver projects to deadline.


Producing website layouts for clients key marketing focuses and providing all assets for development


Champion the design output of each project and execute to the highest standard


High levels of customer service and communication with clients


Work on internal design project as well as clients.


Self-motivated and enthusiastic, you need to be able to sell and factual prove your design designs


Outstanding time management to maintain team's schedule


Attend briefings and pitches


Ability to communicate your designs to the development team effectively

 

Requirements


Driver enabling client site visits


Good knowledge of Adobe Suite, Sketch and user testing software


Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS an advantage


At least 2 years agency experience


Strong portfolio of existing works and processes


Knowledge of WordPress CMS an advantage


Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Be able to communicate efficiently with our team and clients


Outstanding people and team management skills.
