This thriving Secondary School is looking to enhance its STEM by appointing an exceptional Science Teacher from September. This full-time, permanent role is open to experienced Science Teachers or NQT’s.

My client is a secondary Academy based within a commutable distance of Bristol and easily accessible from a wide range of regular and reliable public transport links including excellent links with the M4/M5. A smaller-than-average school with a sixth form, this school has been on a journey of steady progress in recent years, seeing year on year improvements. Students come from a diverse range of backgrounds and all ability levels are represented.

As the incoming Science Teacher, you will be responsible for raising attainment and progression through teaching well-planned, engaging lessons. You will be initially working with KS3 and KS4 students and will have the chance to teach your science specialism at KS5 in the near future.

To be considered, you will be an innovative Science Teacher who consistently high expectations and a proven track record of teaching consistently to a good or better standard. The school are hoping to appoint a positive practitioner who brings a dynamic teaching approach that will encourage students to work well in a calm, stable environment.
