Our client requires an experienced Customer Support Administrator to join their team. The role is situated in a high pressure office environment based in Uxbridge.

The client is a leading financial services/payroll provider.

Customer Support Administrator Job Purpose:

Working under the direction of the Operations manager the Customer Support Administrators goal is to support and assist our team of Customer Service Advisors in their ongoing day to day tasks. Ensuring that reports and administrative tasks are completed in line with the company SLA’s - The Customer Support Administrator is a key cog in the overall performance of the customer service team, an ideal candidate would have experience in an office administration role, good attention to detail and a positive, friendly team based approach to work.

Customer Support Administrator Job Duties:

Under the direction of the Customer Support Manager;
• Send ID & Address documents request email to contractors,
• Send new starter emails to agencies,
• Issue reference letters, Letters of employment, Statement of earnings, Accountancy, CIS, Jury service, DWP, CSA, Fraud Investigation, Job Seekers.
• Generate tax code emails,
• Issue Tax Codes,
• Generate Leavers reports,
• Queries emails- if asked
• Id chases, uploads, checking & emails
• Stationary Orders
• H & Safety - QMS, Record management

Candidate Requirements:

Must be fluent in spoken and written Polish/English (Bi-lingual)
Stakeholder management
Flexible and dynamic approach to daily tasks
Business Development and Customer Service experience
Knowledge of payroll services advantageous
Drivers License beneficial
Proficient IT Skills
