The Customer Services Analyst will be the 1st point of contact and will log all information accurately. The Customer Services Analyst will priories each call and relocate to the appropriate teams.

The Customer Services Analyst will have enough tech experience/knowledge to be able to accurately log and prioritise the calls - Customer Service experience and good communication skills are essential.

You will be working on a shift rota basis which will include working Monday to Friday (daytime hours only) and 1 in 2 Saturdays (40 hours per week).

This position is to start ASAP and has the potential to become a long term / perm role for the right candidate.

This position will pay £10.25 + holiday pay (PAYE) or £13.25 (Ltd / Umbrella) per hour
