One of the UK's leading Electronic Security providers is looking for a hungry, self motivated Business Development Executive to cover the Northern Region, and reporting to our Manchester Office.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the enhancement, development and management of their territory.

The target market is to be specialist contractors, & clients to allow for the generation of leads & products to be applied to the right projects.

They will need to be committed to deliver the highest level of customer service and quality to customers.

Candidates must have the knowledge, ability and confidence to present security solutions at all levels and have a positive and proactive approach to delivering the complete portfolio.

Determination and ability to meet and exceed targets is essential.

Good communication skills are a primary requirement, with the ability to communicate efficiently and clearly with all levels of clients and customers internally and externally.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and also a keen team member. They must be able to focus and use initiative to drive new customer relationships, & to build and re-enforce those strong relationships with the customers.

The position has an annual sales target with an attractive basic salary and a generous commission and bonus structure. A company car or car allowance is provided.

The ideal candidate would need some knowledge from the electronic security industry, good organisational skills and hungry for success!

£25,000 - £27,000 basic with an OTE of £45,000
