Fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing company in High Wycombe

A successful office equipment solutions provider who are in their 20th year of trading, who successfully sell and service Konica Minolta Multifunctional Products (Copier, Printer, Scanner, Fax)

In this 1st Line support role you will assist with the maintenance of the client network and associated equipment, including 6 servers with Microsoft Windows 2008,2012 R2 and 2016 servers, Exchange 2016 ensure backups run etc. You will also assist with the Solutions Help desk where customers are experiencing problems with their Solution software. Diagnose and repair if possible using log-in software, or escalate to Level 3 support or 3rd party supplier. You will also provide cover for the service team to assist with network copier installs and to fault find and fix network issues with copiers on site. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or 8.30am-5.30pm

The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and ideally have helpdesk experience, however this is not essential.

My client are offering a salary of £16,000-£20,000
