Working as a Claims Specialist you will be at the heart of a thriving and rapidly growing organisation, you will be assessing client applications and supporting the client at every step of the process. You will need to be computer literate and be able to think on your feet as this is a very fast paced role.

This is a temporary role and successful applicants must be able to commit until approx Mid July if required, although this is a temporary post it is a great way to get your foot in the door of a very reputable local employer.

Key Duties include:

Plan and organise client case files to ensure claims are running to agreed timescales & deadlines

Establish the clients best point of contact

Take ownership of your own case load and make specific decisions and judgements appropriate to your capability level

Utilise the CRM systems ensuring information is up to date at all times

Seeking and responding to potential sales opportunities

Undertake a classroom style training and work shadowing as part of the induction process

Hours of Work Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30, FREE PARKING on site
