Derby based company require a Technical Service Advisor on a full time temporary basis, until September initially .

Responsible for taking all 1st line support of Technical issues and Customer enquiries, the duties of Technical Service Desk Advisor will include:

◾Ensure excellent customer relations are maintained at all times.
◾Responsible for handling enquiries from guests via telephone, email, SMS or social media sites, in accordance with internal service level targets.
◾Completing the recovery & distribution of digital images and film from computer systems by remote log in.
◾Support customers to use the companies products in a home computing environment – eg advice use of video playback software, change or upgrade internet browser, use of APP.
◾Passing technical issues on to 1st Line Technical Support.
◾Accountable for maintaining Service Desk and Customer Service Zendesk instances, to accurately record every interaction whilst ensuring a timely resolution of consumer enquires and technical issues.
◾Feedback any blocking points in a timely and concise manner, to Retail Operations, Marketing and/or Line Manager.
◾Undertake any other duties that are reasonably requested.
◾Adhere to all company policies and procedures and work within all customer policies and procedures where appropriate

Qualifications/Studies in Electronics or Computer Science is desirable together with experience of working in a Customer Service or 1st line support role.

This is a full time role working over a 7 day shift pattern including weekends 37.5 hrs per week and initially temporary until September. Salary £17,000
